C400 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the c400 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the c400 platform — including the website, mobile app, or related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the c400 platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is for adult users only. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a contractual agreement in Malaysia. c400 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on c400. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be suspended or closed immediately without compensation. c400 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time through appropriate supporting documents.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the c400 support team immediately.
Creating more than one account is strictly prohibited. Users found to have multiple accounts risk having all related accounts closed and any accumulated balances or rewards forfeited without compensation.
As part of regulatory compliance, c400 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your national ID, driving licence, or passport. Failure to provide these documents within the stipulated period may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
All c400 platform users must comply with the usage rules set out here. Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform. Any attempt to exploit system bugs, manipulate game outcomes, or disrupt platform operations is a serious offence that will result in immediate account closure.

Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the c400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring you understand the value of each transaction before confirming it.
Deposit
Deposits to your c400 account can be made via supported payment methods including TNG eWallet and bank transfer through FPX. Deposits are processed instantly or within the timeframe stated, depending on the selected method. c400 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered and verified under the user's name. c400 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing large withdrawals. Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraud or illegal activity will be placed on hold pending investigation. Processing times vary based on VIP tier and the payment method used.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Any bonuses or promotions offered by c400 are subject to their respective specific terms, including applicable rollover requirements. Users found to be abusing promotions or bonuses may forfeit the bonus value and risk having their account closed.

Liability Limits and Account Policy
C400 Liability Limitations
C400 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data loss or business interruption. c400's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
C400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: suspected fraud, breach of these terms, illegal activity, or at the user's own request. Accounts suspended for identity verification purposes will be reinstated once the verification process has been successfully completed.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the c400 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces and software — is the exclusive property of c400 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from c400.

The c400 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. c400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage users to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website they visit.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
C400 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
